Ingredients for Sattu Protein Shake:
- Whey protein (flavoured or unflavoured): 1 scoop
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Roasted gram sattu: 2 tbsp
- Water: 200–300 ml (adjust for desired thickness)
Instructions for Sattu Protein Shake:
- In a blender or a shaker bottle, add 200–300 ml of chilled water.
- Add 1 scoop whey protein and 2 tbsp roasted gram sattu.
- Pour in 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Add ice cubes if using, then blend or shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
- Taste and adjust consistency: add more water for a thinner drink or an extra scoop of sattu for thickness.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy chilled.
