Ingredients for Protein Shake with Curd & Nuts
- Whey protein (flavoured or unflavoured): 1 scoop
- Almonds, soaked: 5 pieces
- Walnuts: 2 medium pieces
- Curd (yoghurt): 100 g
- Water: 150–200 ml
Instructions for Protein Shake with Curd & Nuts
- Drain the soaked almonds. Roughly chop the almonds and walnuts (or keep them whole if your blender is powerful).
- In a blender add: curd, whey protein scoop, soaked almonds, walnuts, and water.
- Add ice cubes if you want a chilled shake.
- Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy. If the shake is too thick, add a little more water or milk and blend again.
- Adjust thickness. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
