Ingredients:
- Peas, green: 100 g
- Radish (white): 50 g, thinly sliced or diced
- French beans (green beans): 50 g, chopped
- Mushrooms: 50 g, sliced
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp

- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and sauté 2–3 minutes until they begin to brown.
- Add the chopped french beans and green peas; cook 3–4 minutes until beans are tender-crisp.

- Season with salt and your preferred seasoning (black pepper, chili flakes, or a squeeze of lemon). Toss well to combine.
