When do I have to weigh ingredients?

Weigh only raw items. After preparation, you need to consume. You need to weigh first then you can prepare. The items which you can include and we have not mentioned in the diet plans are onion, garlic, tomato, turmeric, lemon, cumin seeds, etc.

How you will eat it’s up to you. I have mentioned the raw item list but you need to cook as per your choice. You can boil, sauté, mix with any other given ingredients and also you can eat raw or in the form of paste, juice, gravy, or you can grind, anything you can do but the criteria is you need to consume only said amount.
